Leadership

John W. Withers, CPA

John is a native of Augusta County, VA and a graduate of James Madison University. He has been practicing in Staunton for over 40 years. John has served in a variety of leadership and non-profit board roles in the local community throughout his career. He currently serves on the Board of the Bridgewater Retirement Home and is a Trustee of the Staunton Board of the YMCA. In his personal life, John enjoys spending time with his wife Diane, their two daughters, and their families. John is an avid woodworker, and with a background in construction, he takes pride in having built his family’s long-time home in Augusta County.

Robert W. Masincup, CPA

Bob is a graduate of Bridgewater College and has lived and served clients in the Staunton area since the late 1970’s. Bob has served in a variety of capacities in support of local non-profit organizations, including involvement with Christian education. In his personal life, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife Marie and their grown children. He is also a talented musician and can still occasionally be found sitting in on bass guitar with a local rock-n-roll band.

Thomas A. White, CPA

Tom is a graduate of James Madison University and has been part of the accounting and tax profession in Staunton, his hometown, for over 35 years. Tom is also an avid real estate investor and serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committees of several non-profit organizations. Tom also serves on the Augusta County Community Board of F&M Bank. Outside of work, Tom enjoys life with his wife Jane, and their friends and family. Having played high school and college-level golf, he is very passionate about the game, and remains active in the sport and in the Staunton Country Club.

Andrew L. Cannaday, CPA

Andy is a graduate of James Madison University and grew up in Harrisonburg, VA. He has been practicing in Staunton since 1991. While an experienced accounting and tax professional, Andy serves as the firm’s lead external audit partner. He has administrative responsibility for the firm’s Stuarts Draft office. Andy provides services to several non-profit organizations and maintains an active role leading financial activities for his home church. Beyond spending time with his wife Rebecca, two children, and cats, Andy enjoys lake boating and water activities, and mountain biking.

CHRISTOPHER T. CAMPBELL, CPA

Chris is a graduate of James Madison University and a native of Staunton, and began his career in 1996 with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in Richmond, VA. He has spent the bulk of his career leading internal audit and accounting compliance activities for publicly-traded companies, including 13 years with a top US financial institution. He is also an experienced accountant for individuals and small businesses. Chris allocates time and presence between the firm’s Shenandoah Valley and Richmond, VA markets. Outside of work and spending time with his wife Tonya and their two children, Chris enjoys music and ventriloquism, and is an active children’s entertainer.
